Wildcat CrossFit’s first ever Olympic Lifting Series!

This series will cover the technical elements of both the snatch and clean and jerk. Participants will learn the finer points of the olympics lifts in a fun, friendly, and enlightening environment. Each class will cover a different portion of the lift culminating with classes where lifters will be challenged to perform the full movements with excellent technique and at the highest load possible. During each class, athletes will lift one at a time with each movement being evaluated for feedback. In between barbell complexes, athletes will “soak” in the information given to them by their Coach. Only with approval of the coach will the athlete increase weight. Expect improvements in movement and knowledge in each an every class. More info and registration link below.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm.
Feb. 5th- March 7th

$169 for Wildcat CrossFit members, $199 fro non-members
