CrossFit WOD (“Workout of the Day”)

Our daily workout classes, posted in advance on our website. The CrossFit WOD involves combinations of different elements, depending on what the focus of the workout is. Some WODs may be more strength focused and involve weightlifting, others may be more skill-intensive, or conditioning oriented. Many of the metabolic conditioning workouts will feature a prescribed (“Rx’d”) weight to use for one or more components of the workout; while prescribed weights are listed as benchmarks, the weight listed for any workout can always be scaled to what is appropriate for each individual. Held throughout the day weekdays (see our Class Schedule).

Advanced Training

Come on in and do work. Barbell work. This class is appropriate for all levels and is the ideal place to refine your Olympic lifting technique or work your 5 x 5 progressions in the big lifts.
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays at 5:30pm

Mobility

Using lacrosse balls, resistance bands, foam rollers, barbells, and kettlebells, our Mobility class focuses on increasing tissue flexibility and joint range-of-motion, and improving movement and positioning. Different joint regions of the body and common mobility problems are addressed each class. Saturdays 8:30am

CrossFit for Women!

Formerly known as MomFit, this is an exercise class for Moms and all other women that incorporates stretching, strength training, and high intensity metabolic conditioning workouts – CrossFit style.
It is offered:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9:45-11am
Tuesday and Thursdays 10:30 – 11:45am

If you are ready to start getting back in shape after baby or would like the camaraderie of an all women’s class, this is it!

Agility

Open gym

Open gym is open to all members and can be used to perform any of the recent workouts or programming of your own. This is a coached class and instruction and structure is provided. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 11:00am-noon and 4:00- 4:30pm, Saturdays 9:00-11:00am

Classic CrossFit

A Metcon-based class combining various elements of fitness into a fun, high-intensity environment. Innovative and constantly varied programming helps athletes work on their weaknesses, as well as build strength, confidence, and teamwork as they conquer these tough weekly workouts.

Saturdays at 7:30 am and 9:00 am.

H.A.M. SQUAD

Going H.A.M. HAM is an acronym for going “Hard As a Mother-eff-er.” Sunday HAMsquad workout will be a harder workout than our daily WOD. Athletes are pushed to the edge by this workout, and they draw strength from each other to get the work done. Come in Sundays at 9am for a fun but always challenging workout.

Sundays at 9:00 am.
