2019 CrossFit Open Gym Schedule

Dear Wildcat Members,

As this year’s CrossFit Open quickly approaches (it starts officially tomorrow 2/21 at 5:30PM) you can expect some minor tweaks to our Saturday class schedule. The schedule changes below will last for 5 weeks only! Normal Saturday class schedule will resume on Saturday 3/30.

 

Saturday Class Schedule:

7:30AM: Strength & Skill WOD (Skills and drills specifically tailored to the Open workout of the week)

8:30AM: Mobility/Recovery Session (Mobility specifically tailored to the Open workout of the week)

9:00-9:15AM: Athlete/Judge Briefing (Mandatory for those participating in the Open)

9:15-9:30AM: Athlete Warm-Up

9:30AM-11:00AM: Open Workout (First come, first serve sign-up for Heats)

 

I’m looking forward to a great 2019 CrossFit Open. Thank you for all those who are participating and a BIG thank you to all of those who can stick around to help judge other athletes after their own workout.
