Full Moon Workout Monday Jan. 9th

We do it at 9:00pm. Those who have done it before, know. If you haven’t, come on in and find out. This one happens to be right at the beginning of the paleo challenge, so all post workout eats should follow the challenge guidelines.

Whole 30 Paleo Challenge Starts Monday

Eat real food – meat, seafood, eggs, tons of vegetables, some fruit, and plenty of good fats from fruits, oils, nuts and seeds. Eat foods with very few ingredients, all pronounceable ingredients, or better yet, no ingredients listed at all because they’re totally natural and unprocessed.

2012 Paleo Challenge

Happy New Year.

The Paleo Diet, the Primal Diet, Ancestral Nutrition, and the Hunter-Gatherer Diet all articulate an approach to eating that is congruent with our physiology, a diet that is high in nutrient density and low in toxins and gut irritants. The diet is simple and delicious. On Thursday Jan. 5th at 7:00pm I’ll be giving a lecture about ancestral nutrition theory and application. That is, what are the physiological reasons and benefits of eating this way, and how to implement these dietary changes.

The
