New Athletes
If you are new to CrossFit, call (520) 309-5293 or email Eric Mackey at eric@wildcatcrossfit.com to schedule a FREE one-on-one introductory session with one of our trainers. This session will teach you the foundational lifts, exercises, and movements that comprise many of the CrossFit workouts – you will learn about proper form and body mechanics, the science and methodology behind this style of training, and how to effectively use intensity to get the most out of your workouts. After attending your introductory session, you are good to go – our workouts are scalable to anyone’s level of fitness and ability, regardless of experience.
We highly recommend that new members attend our weekly Skills Work class on Saturdays from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. where each week a different lift or exercise will be focused on, allowing the members to receive additional instruction and practice the finer elements of form and body mechanics under supervision.
Experienced CrossFitters
Experienced CrossFitters can start right in with the CrossFit workouts.

When you come to one of our workouts, the Workout of the Day is already programmed for you; the trainer will lead you and the rest of the group through a warm-up and mobility exercises, and then go over the elements of form for the exercises involved in the workout. Everyone gets ready and set up, the clock is set, and then everyone begins at the same time. Scaled versions of the workout will always be available, so that everyone does the same workout regardless of their level of fitness. All you have to do is get here – we’ll take care of the rest.
