We require all new athletes to attend either Group or Individual On-Ramp classes.  During the On-Ramp, you will become familiarized with CrossFit methodolgies, class structure, and the wide range of movements used during regularly scheduled classes.  

Get started with our Foundations Class.

Our Foundations Class is an ongoing Beginner Level class which focuses on technique drills for the main CrossFit movements, such as Squats, Presses, Deadlifts, Oly Technique, as well as instruction on the many CrossFit skills (pull-ups, kettlebell swings, etc.) that make their way into CrossFit workouts on a regular basis. This way, you will learn the basic CrossFit movements and other exercises our members regularly perform during the Workout of the Day (WOD).

Proper form and body mechanics are emphasized with a goal of improving movement form as well as overall physical conditioning.

Our primary concern is for you to be able to train safely and effectively. To this end, if you do not have prior CrossFit experience, you must complete three Foundation classes before you can join in with the regular workout classes.  If you must miss a Foundations class, or are unable to come in when Foundations Classes are offered, please let your instructor know as soon as possible in order to schedule a make-up session. The fee for make-up sessions is $25 each.

Foundations Classes are currently offered at the following times:
Tuesday 5pm and Thursday 5pm.

Foundations Program is included with your Membership.
If you want to do the Foundations program without joining the gym, you are welcome to pay $60 for all three Foundations Classes ($20/class).

Can’t make it in for Foundations at the regular time?
Consider Personal Training!

The cost of Foundations Personal Training (One 90 min. session)is as follows:
1 Person: $60
1 + 1 friend: $40 each
1+ 2 or more friends: $30 each

Athletes are strongly encouraged to find friends to do Foundations Classes with them.

If you want to see what a member CrossFit class is like, join us every Sunday at 8AM.  There’s never a charge and you can come to as many FREE Sunday classes as you like!
