Getting Started

Whether a seasoned athlete or just getting started we'll get you there with the help of our experienced trainers.

New Athletes

If you are new to CrossFit, call 520-309-5293 or email Eric at eric@wildcatcrossfit.com to schedule a FREE one-on-one introductory session with one of our trainers. This session will teach you the foundational lifts, exercises, and movements that comprise many of the CrossFit workouts – you will learn about proper form and body mechanics, the science and methodology behind this style of training, and how to effectively use intensity to get the most out of your workouts. After attending your introductory session, you are good to go – our workouts are scalable to anyone’s level of fitness and ability, regardless of experience.

Experienced CrossFitters can start right in with the CrossFit workouts.

Just Get Here!

When you come to one of our workouts, the Workout of the Day is already programmed for you; the trainer will lead you and the rest of the group through a warm-up and mobility exercises, and then go over the elements of form for the exercises involved in the workout. Everyone gets ready and set up, the clock is set, and then everyone begins at the same time. Scaled versions of the workout will always be available, so that everyone does the same workout regardless of their level of fitness. All you have to do is get here – we’ll take care of the rest.
