Biography
Eric is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in Sports & Orthopedic Massage and Injury Management. Eric has enjoyed an active and athletic life from an early age; as a Tucson native, he grew up hiking and camping in the surrounding trails and mountains, backpacking the 50-mile Chiricahua Crest Trail at age 14. While attending University High School, Eric swam on the Tucson High School Swim Team, and then later played three seasons on the Rugby Team at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History.

It wasn’t long before he regained full use of his left shoulder & arm and began doing the workouts as Rx’d; he has been an avid CrossFitter ever since.
In addition to coaching at Wildcat CrossFit, Eric teaches courses in Orthopedic and Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Sciences, and Myofascial Therapies at Pima Community College and Cortiva Institute Tucson.
