ABOUT OUR CROSSFIT KIDS PROGRAM
WILDCAT CROSSFIT KIDS MAKES YOU BETTER AT WHAT YOU DO!
AGES: 6-9
Out 6-9 year old group will focus on the basic physical skills, but also social skills and confidence. Children will learn foundational movements like the squat, push ups, pull ups, climbing, jumping, landing, and elementary gymnastic movements. More importantly, they will learn to follow directions, listen, communicate, and play with others.
AGES: 10-13
Our 10-13 year olds will learn skills that are more detailed and more challenging. Exercises will include plyometrics, gymnastics, weight lifting basics, running, rowing, and stretching. This group also includes focus on leadership skills. As children progress through the program, they will be asked to model movements, lead exercises, and demonstrate an ability to verbally explain exercises.
