* Saturday Kettlebells class, taught by Maralyn Goldstein, a certified RKC instructor, as well as the Sunday conditioning classes with Nicholas Holck are open to members ($5) and non-members ($10).

^ Sunday endurance, taught by Noah Providence, and Olympic lifting, taught by Eric Mackey, classes are available to all members.
